After the fifth robbery the owner of a flower shop in Innsbrucker Platz decided to use Facebook to vent his anger, releasing surveillance camera video of his shop.
The images leave no doubt, and clearly show the man, the alleged criminal.
What started just as a surge has become a case: the video had over 250,000 views and probably it enabled the police to identify the man.
Many controversies: there are those who think that posting the video was a good idea and there are those who intend this as an invasion of privacy.
Certainly the power of social networks like Facebook shouldn’t be understimated, this is not the first time that it helps the justice to take its course.
