A recent study by the Humboldt showed that Berlin is the capital of evictions: about 7000 per year.
The side worrying, though, is that about 20% of these evictions would take place by the government-owned real estate.
Precisely those companies that should, in some way, to ensure a minimum of elasticity and lower rents.
The fact that they are owned by the government should ensure greater simplicity in the relationship with the Jobcenter, for those who need financial help (unemployed, discontinuous workers, low-income workers).
But of course it’s not in this way!
The study has therefore shown that there is a flaw in the system of financial aid!
